KDE: Default Style

Hi,

As I use KDE one/two years ago, I know this environment quite good.

When I was using it, I've found nice alternative for Plastik: Lipstik.

Now it's being scratch-built in Koji [1].

My proposal is to make Lipstik default style for KDE3 in F9 (if KDE4
will not replace KDE3 in F9 :> ).
