Temporairly echo-icos source host location

Sorry for a late message, I am very busy with Graphics Design classes. The
echo-icon-theme source is temporairly located at
luya.fedorapeople.org/images/echo
. The future host will us git to import/export package which should dramatically
reduce the need to use echo-pull script online. More details soon.
