Fwd: Nodoka Window Decoration for KDE

Sure, I don't mind it being called nodoka-kwin-theme.

I'll add myself to the gitnodoka group, and wait for your response.

I just tried changing the inactive title bar color in the color theme, and
that actually changed the color of the inactive title bar, I'll try to
fiddle with that tomorrow.
