Move and resize so that the lines are on the pixels, not between pixels
(in the desired grid). You can display the grid in inkscape and see
where the problem is, for example, lines are OK if they are between the
lines of the grid (the grid lines are 'pixel borders'). And it's not a
problem of zoom, I 'zoomed the pixel grid', not the image itself, so
that each pixel of original image is 4x4 pixels big in the zoomed one,
but has precisely the same value (as opposed to lancos, cubic and linear
zoom methods). It helps to see the problems, even those that are not
easy to notice in the original size. It's similar like if you looked at
the displayed image with magnifier or microscope - it does not display
more details nor adds blurriness to it (if properly focused), just make
it bigger.
