[Echo] from which icon set derive missing icons?

But it seems it pulls Bluecurve in as well. When I disabled it a lot
icons previously blurry are now OK, I didn't checked whether they are
pulled from Clearlooks or Bluecurve though (some examples are
dictionary, gimp, inkscape, take screenshot...).
