All of them are good, but some of them are, IMO, better:

This one is what I probably like the best. The feeling of something 
missing is probably due to the large distance between tower and monitor, 
I would try a more compact layout.

The big tower steals my focus.

I like it too. Maybe if the keyboard overleaps a bit the base of the 
monitor?

Here I feel like a lot of space is wasted.
