[Echo] Reworked preference-desktop-pda icon

[Luya Tshimbalanga]

I have taken some time to rework preference-desktop-pda icon for Echo.
For some reasons, it does not replace le legacy Bluecurve version. Some
details might be missing so feel free to adjust them.
