Focus issues in new Nodoka

I enabled (in git) drawing of focus ring for the widest variety of
widgets I could, as a result the focus is drawn twice in the tabs, but
it does not look much bad IMO. Let me know what you think about it (most
likely if it fixes the issue conveniently).
