Echo: "system-login-new" attempt

And an update.

Cangelog
* the "wallpaper" on the screen is removed now
* user icon placed to the right of the screen.. seems to fit better
* user shadow removed (no monitor shadow as well)
* user icon is now made with colors from the echo guidelines
* user icon is lighter now

I think it looks fine now on 22x22 and all bigger sizes.
