If the Art team is going to play with using this for workflow. I think
you'll need to quickly give review rights to two or three art team
members and start sharing the workload.

Also I'm not sure if fedoratv does it.. but you might look into a
authorization model where once a user has 'enough' trusted submissions
without an issue then you flag them as trusted and you no longer
pre-approve all their stuff. Instead you just smack'em on the head if
they do something stupid after becoming trusted. It's the same model
that the http://io9.com blog uses for comment submitters. You start
out on probation, where all your posts are screened by a moderator,
then once the editorial staff think your trustworthy you get your
stuff approved automatically. And then there is a way for other users
to flag material as abusive which moderators can review and then put
your arse back on probation.
