The Design Queue

Hi all!

I have updated the design queue on the wiki to a tabular format, that i hope
is a lot easier to read and keep track of requests...

The queue also has a few items that have been put on there in the past few
days, as well as items that have been there for a while. So if you have been
subscribed to the list for a while, and need some inspiration or motivation
to do something artistic for fedora, check out the design queue!!
