For some reason I'm not able to find the thread that you're replying to, but if you are interested in helping out with the wallpaper we can use:

1 - detailed critique
2 - help in sourcing appropriately-licensed reference and source photographs (CC-BY, CC-BY-SA, public domain, GNU documentation license are all acceptable licenses)
3 - help in iterating the wallpaper (the files are at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Artwork/F11)
