[Announce] Paper "Design und Implementierung eines QA- und Buildsystems"

Hello,

I just want to announce the paper and the programs which I wrote as my
diploma thesis. This work can be found at

              http://www-user.tu-chemnitz.de/~ensc/diplom/


Some cons:

1. the paper is in german; when there is a real interest, I can work on
   an english translation

2. this URL will be invalidated soon as I lose my webspace at the end of
   the month. The work is GPLed, so feel free to mirror it

3. important things like the build-agent (the component which does the
   build) is missing

4. it is complex (15,000 LOC)
