mock buildroot definitions

I use http://ensc.de/mock/mock-0.4-buildpkg.patch which allows things
like

| config_opts['buildpkg'] = [ prefix + '-filesystem',
|                             prefix + '-binutils',
|                             prefix + '-gcc41',
|                             prefix + '-libgcc41',
|                             prefix + '-setup',
|                           ]

in the mock-configfile. 'prefix' differs between several cross-build
targets (e.g. 'arm-xscale-linux-gnu' or 'arm-xscale-linux-uclibc' or
'mips-linux-gnu' or ...).
