I'm confused why you would say (2) is the safest. Overriding the
default would cause all those who use modified config files to fix
them when mock gets updated.
My order of preference for the above options would be (1), (3), (2).
In fact, if you go with (3), it makes sense to me to change the
default after F7 is dropped rather than FC6. F7 continues to use a
buildgroups repo/RPM, correct?
