[PATCH mock] Bind-mount a precreated /dev filesystem instead of using mknod(2)

I am not sure whether it shall be enabled by default. It requires manual
configuration (/etc/fstab, perhaps /etc/rpm/macros) and mock will not
work out of the box.

Then, mounting a dev-fs below /usr/share might be unwanted for some
people. Something below /srv will be better but since not covered by
FHS, it will be impossible to find a default.
