Koji is a system to manage rpm builds via mock on a farm of builders.
It does a lot to manage this, but at the end of the day that is what it
is for.

Koji may be a bit overkill if you're only adding a few packages.
Perhaps you're looking for the tools needed to actually take those
packages and turn them into an installable set?
