I've seen the exact same thing over and over again. I logged 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=495735 for this.

The main koji instance isn't hitting this because it doesn't use 
mergerepos against repos that have the latest nifty auto-font-provides 
in them, I think.
