Patch 7.0.169
Problem:    With a Visual block selection, with the cursor in the left upper
	    corner, pressing "I" doesn't remove the highlighting. (Guopeng
	    Wen)
Solution:   When checking if redrawing is needed also check if Visual
	    selection is still active.
