Es gibt nur /etc/init.d/alsactl. Worauf möchtest Du hinaus?
Vielleicht darauf, dass man für die Wiederherstellung der Lautstärke in
der /etc/modules.conf
  post-install snd-card-0 /usr/sbin/alsactl restore >/dev/null 2>&1 || :
  pre-remove snd-card-0 /usr/sbin/alsactl store >/dev/null 2>&1 || :
benötigt?

Ich habe einmal spaßeshalber alle aktuellen alsa-* und
kernel-module-alsa-* Pakete von fedora.us heruntergeladen, die
offensichtlich alle keine Datei /etc/init.d/alsa bzw.
/etc/rc.d/init.d/alsa enthalten.
