Siehe Fehlermeldung: "consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH
environment variable". Nicht die Lage der Libs ist der Fehler, sondern
ein nach /usr/lib installiertes pkg-config sucht die *.pc Schablonen
auch nur in /usr/lib/pkgconfig und nicht in /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig,
wo Du Deine zusätzliche Software aber installierst hast.
