Probleme mit FC3 Installation auf Intel Board

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe ein Problem bei der Installation von FC3 auf einem Intel
Server Board.

Mainboard Intel SE7210TP1-E 2 GB ECC RAM BIOS P07, Build 0036
RAID 3ware 7506-4 LP Firmware 7.7.1
4 x 250 GB Maxtor als 1 RAID 5 konfiguriert.

Das Setup beginnt normal, aber wenn das Dateisystem formatiert wird
bricht nach ca. 2/3 der Formatierung das Setup mit "install exited
abnormally" ab. Der gleiche Server aber mit 4 x 160 GB Maxtor unter
FC2 läuft bestens.

Any hints?
