Fehler bei Ansicht von PDF mit gv unter FC2

Hallo,

Das Problem ist nicht mit Fedora verbunden, aber vllt. weiss ja trotzdem
jmd was dazu.

Es geht darum, dass ich ein PDF lesen will in dem mathematische Formeln
stehen. Das Problem ist, dass gewisse Teile nicht angezeigt werden, xpdf
z.B. damit aber keine Probleme hat, genauso wenig wie die "Vorschau" von
Mac OS X 10.3.9... (nur so am Rande).

gv gibt mir folgende Fehlermeldung:

Ich hatte schonmal das Problem, dass gewisse PDFs und PPTs unter
Linux/Mac OS X nicht richtig dargestellt wurden, wenn sie mathematische
Formeln enthielten. Leider konnte ich dies bzgl. noch nichts finden...
Die Verwendung von MS eigenen Fonts ist nicht ausgeschlossen. Der Prof.,
meinte zwar man solle sich mit Linux anfreunden und ihm den Vorzug
geben, auf seinem Laptop lief aber Windows und evtl. hat er damit auch
die Folien/PDFs erstellt.... Soviel zu Konsequenz :)

Wer 'ne Idee hat, woran's liegen könnte und evtl. auch wie man's behebt,
bitte melden.
