HP-Notebook und Fingerabdruckscanner

Ich habe mir so eben ein neues Notebook zugelegt, ein schickes HP 
NX6125, nun bin ich gerade damit beschäftigt Windows und Linux da drauf 
zu machen und nun stellt sich mir die Frage, kann ich den 
Fingerabdruckscanner eigentlich auch unter Linux nutzen? Gibts dafür 
spezielle Software? Hat da jemand Erfahrung mit?
