[help] suspend the computer from logout dialogue

Maybe we could pick a new name for 'Logout'. I'm OK with putting it in
the logout dialog since reboot and shutdown are there:-)

But is it possible to enable 'Suspend the computer' in the logout dialog
easily or do I need to patch say gdm?
