[help] suspend the computer from logout dialogue

Or put them both under a new sub-menu in the Desktop drop down menu.  
What it would be called I have no Idea.
Or rename "Logout" menu item as Leon suggested.
Just suggestions to ponder.
Did anyone file the bug yet?
