A sub project in Fedora has specific requirements since folks started 
announcing some in a semi random way. This is defined in 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DefiningProjects.

Highlighting the desktop version would be primary be a website and 
documentation change. If anyone has good content, let the websites team 
know about that.
