Plans for the desktop beyond Fedora 7

These are all targets for NetworkManager in the quite-near future,
though PPP (ie Bluetooth DUN, 1xRTT/EVDO/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS, and
ISDN/Dialup) may be added on a bit later.  It's estimated that NM 0.7
will be done in the FC-8 timeframe (though that's what I said for FC-7
too), which is flexible enough to at least enable all the PPP stuff
without breaking API or anything.
