That's a logical fallacy.

Number of bugs filed against esc by non-RH people relating to its use: 0

Number of bugs filed against thinkfinger by non-RH people relating to
its use: 2

And yet, we don't install thinkfinger by default. (We could then compare the
number of users with fingerprint scanning hardware vs. smart cards.)
