meeting time

  If we want to continue to have the meetings in #fedora-meeting, we 
should be mindful of this.

Else, we could pick any time and have the meetings on a different 
channel.  Preferably GimpNet, since it seems most of the desktop hackers 
are on #fedora-desktop there and forget to join #fedora-meeting for this 
meeting.
