Nautilus default in spatial mode?

One of the few reasons why I was glad to switch to Gnome was 
because konqueror doesn't have spatial mode, but I was too lazy 
to blog about it (well, I am too lazy to blog at all). Your data 
are not good enough for any serious conclusion.
