Dropping Gimp from the live cd

OpenOffice.org is not removed since due to its size it was never part of 
the Live CD :p

I had to explain more than once to various people who tried only the 
Live CD about the size constraints and that OOo is indeed part of our 
distro and is available on media, just not on this particular format/spin.
