Not entirely correct. Currently, file transfer support is only provided
for Local-link XMPP (via telepathy-salut).  Telepathy-gabble just
recently added support for SOCKS5 bytestreams in Tubes (which isn't file
transferring).  The plan is to use Jingle for file-transfers (and also
Tubes), but I'm not sure that is going to be finished before F11.
