Thanks Ben that work! :), there was just a little syntax error in the 
above %_libdir macro (maybe that can be useful for others).

-     -Dosgi.sharedConfiguration.area={_libdir}/eclipse/configuration \
+     -Dosgi.sharedConfiguration.area=%{_libdir}/eclipse/configuration \
