Same problem here, for at least a week, maybe two. I use a Sun JRE.

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_16-b01)

Another workaround is to select the button with the mouse, then hit
the enter key.

I've been hoping that some update might fix it (jre, glib2 or even the
fedora theme) but no luck so far.
