There is a another issue, apart from size. It would be very handy, as a 
developer, to know what parts of fedora will _always_ be available. This is 
one of the key issues to escaping dependency hell.

What is the assumed minimum set? Just the 6? Or something more? What langs 
will be support in the assumed minimum set?
