I have made rpms for ghc waiting for QA at:
http://bugzilla.fedora.us/show_bug.cgi?id=844
So far no one has shown interest reviewing it. If you want you
can help pushing it through QA or take it over completely.
I have also made packages for nhc98 and hugs:

I would very much like to see all of those in Fedora stable.
