Will ext3/htree be enabled by default on FC2 ?

Hi, Assuming FC2 will be 2.6 based, will the default ext3 based
filesystems be htree enabled by default or would they require manual
tune2fs modifications

Are fedora kernels tested regularly via Cerberus ?
