It appears that they are only charging for it if it's being used on
hardware devices (flash cards, portable devices, etc.).  They don't
mention anything about shipping *software* with FAT support.

Perhaps someone should email "fatspec at microsoft dot com" to find out
for sure.

I would personally like to see Fedora continue to ship FAT if possible.
I use it for the occasional floppy disk, and CF cards, etc.
