Tuning HD's

Hey Guys,

I just bought new 200gb Maxtor, 7200 RPM, Ultra ATA/133, 8mb cache, and
I'm going to be installing FC1 on it (The drive I am currently booted to
is dying, just like my other 3y/o 40gb drive did a little over a month
ago).  Using hdparm or whatever what would be the best settings to
optimize performance for this drive?

If nobody can give me a specific setup, could someone give me a link to
the best guide for doing so? (This hasn't been an issue in the past,
I've had some pretty not-so-good drives).

PS. Wish I could could go to Linuxworld this year, but I can't make it
