include razor?

perl-Razor-Agent is ready for RH9 and FC1 here.  It would be nice if 
somebody could review this, as I'm quite sure it is ready for 
publication as I have been running it in production for a long time now.

I suppose we could include it in Fedora Extras because it is GPL.

pyzor package for RH9 and FC1 is already published.  It works great.

Anybody want to volunteer to properly re-package dccproc so it conforms 
to RH/fedora.us standards?
