System task scheduler - for configuring cron and at

Hello,

What exactly is required from these Configuration Tools ?

I see that there already is a gui frontend for cron: kcron.

I did not check for 'at' yet.

Does it necessarily need to be an PyGtk ? or what's the reason ?
