I believe symlink libart_lgpl_2.so is missing

$ rpm --redhatprovides /usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.so.2
libart_lgpl-2.3.16-1
During compilation the following link is needed:
$ rpm --redhatprovides /usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.so
libart_lgpl-devel-2.3.16-1
