I heard on the #fedora-devel one day that some people are trying to implement UTF-8 support in joe (or at least giving it a thought). I have an irc log of that, but that wasn't enough to identify people. So, let me ask again: is anyone working on or thinking seriously about adding UTF-8 support to joe the editor? roozbeh
