Hmmm.  The last time I used the --with/--without (the only time I've used 
those options, AAMOF, was when building a SuperFreeS/WAN kernel source RPM 
for Red Hat 8.0 (2.4.20 kernel).  It worked then; but that's a fairly old 
spec.
