Yes, that's what we'd also call Bad Packaging(tm). ;-)  That is the
*exception*, not the *rule*, on that OS.  There are always exceptions,
just like I expect there to be in Linux packaging for the rest of its
existence.

The common case doesn't have to suffer (and actually doesn't, depending
on OS) because of those rarities, however.  ^,^
