OO.o from rawhide build

[Ken Crandall]

What if you do have a JVM on the machine, and want to enable the java
support?  [Is there|Will there be] support for building OO.o both ways?

Caveat: I haven't looked at the SRPM yet, so sorry if it's there already
and I don't know...
