Sounds good on the surface but in reality it does not get you much when
you go from major release to major release. The changes are just too great.
I have used rsync to "update" iso's many times and while it does save some
time/bandwidth on a major release it typically does not save much. Generally
speaking even when going from a test1 to test2 etc. the savings are minimal.
