Package suggestion: Epylog

I think one of the suggestions for packages not already in core is that
they need to do 'time' and be vetted in at least one release cycle in
fedora extras. This is a place where packages can be pruned or cleaned
or debugged - much like gnome fifth toe.


Does that sound like a good, workable, preliminary policy?
