Retain upgrade paths (was: /etc/redhat-release?)

It's a new release model, hence a new release number. Fedora Core 10
doesn't make sense.

The package will still provide redhat-release, use that. Obviously
you haven't tried to build packages for Red Hat Enterprise Linux. :)
